A private apartment complex in Irvington New Jersey have asked CMS to develop a new website for their property. The site is a magazine style content management system which features Youtube videos, and loads of multi media features.

We have been chosen to produce the online edition of the Andes Gazette! This is a very exciting project that we hope will be the destination website for the Town of Andes New York. This site will rival most online newspaper sites and we can’t wait to get the first edition online.

“ Susan”Lip” Orem began practicing yoga when the thrill of bench aerobics was gone. Her first teachers were Sharon Gannon, Dana Flynn and Cyndi Lee. Her checkered past as a dancer in Las Vegas revues, Off Broadway actress, Ringling Brothers clown and sign language interpreter left her no choice but to teach yoga. Lip was too old to be a cowgirl or an astronaut. She was first certified by Cyndi Lee before there was an OM Yoga. She has been a student of Rodney Yee for nine years and continues to be inspired by his teaching. Here in NYC Genny Kapuler keeps Lip’s feet steady on the path. The most influential teachers have been all the students willing to take this trip with her. Susan “Lip” is grateful every day that what she does is what she loves. ”

We are pretty proud of being able to work with Enviro Energy an exciting new company right here in Upstate New York. They will be producing Wood and Grass Pellets from essentially waste or wasted hay in any condition to produce a very efficient renewable home/business heating fuel.
