Working with Craig and Sue of CMS Internet Solutions, Inc. has been a dream. Developing and designing a website can easily and quickly become a nightmare, but with their thoughtful approach, fast response and respect for our modest budget, our Chamber members and our area in general, has a website that is not only attractive and useful, but one that represents us in a professional and interesting manner to the rest of the world.
CMS understands that our small chamber of commerce represents small businesses in the community. More importantly, they also understand that although we are small, it does not mean that we do not offer a quality experience - and they have helped to convey that with our web presence.

Working with Sue and Craig at CMS was surprisingly pleasant, enough questions were asked to enable the site to express exactly what was envisioned. Final editing and tweaking were carried out quickly and efficiently. The final result (ENJOYJEFFERSON.COM) was an aesthetically pleasing and business friendly web site. - Bob Glas

Our trepidation about building and launching a website for the Historical Society vanished after our first meeting with CMS Internet Solutions. Their confidence – and appreciation of our time, money and volunteer challenges – made it seem like this was do-able. And affordable. You made it understandable, and fun. WordPress is, as you told us skeptics, easy as pie, mostly. When it isn’t, CMS is at the other end of the phone to make things right. Thanks, Craig and Sue. We are so proud of our website!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
HOBART, NY, April 22, 2011 –The Hobart Historical Society (HHS) is pleased to announce a newly-designed website that will help the organization to protect the treasures of the area’s past for the future. They invite you to visit (and comment on) www.hobarthistoricalsociety.org.

With the assistance of CMS Internet Solutions of Bovina, the site has become a hub for Hobart’s history. Says Sue Marshall, Co-Owner of CMS, "We are honored to have been given the opportunity to work with the great folks of the Hobart Historical Society. Our entire area is steeped in rich history. We think it is fantastic that Historical Societies are leveraging the power of the internet to share all the great historical information they have collected with anyone that is interested. Our hope is that more people in the area learn about this website and the Hobart Historical Society and decide to support the wonderful work that all our area Historical Societies do to preserve our legacy."

Genealogy buffs will be happy to learn that searchable records from Locust Hill Cemetery in Hobart have been included in the site, with the assistance of Executive Secretary Bill DeSilva. Future plans are to include records for Valley View Cemetery on Rose's Brook Road and South Kortright Cemetery in the hamlet of South Kortright.

Because today’s happenings are tomorrow’s history, please contact HHS with any Hobart area events to be included on the site. For more information, on the Society, you can contact them at hhs@stny.rr.com or visit their new website.

January 3, 2011

We recently retained the services of CMS Internet Solutions to develop a website for our business, with us providing the information and basic template for the site and CMS making us look good.

We found it almost alarmingly easy to deal with CMS, Sue Marshall (owner of the operation) and the rest of the staff, both on personal and professional levels.

The appealing thing about working with Sue was the sense of humor that came with each and every exchange. At no time, however, was business treated as trivial, and she was intensely interested in moving our project along, while preserving the artistic and creative wishes of our team. She was able to accommodate our “specialty” without any hang-ups, and simply made what has sometimes been a nightmare, a pleasing experience. I felt that the price was very fair and reasonable.

We will definitely be using CMS for hosting and for future upgrades and refinements. We recommend their work without hesitation, and actually look forward to another project with them.

Sincerely yours,

Having had numerous complications with our previous web hosting over the years, we recently decided to look at someone new --- preferably closer to home, rather than an 800 number! As a result, we were soon introduced to CMS Internet Solutions, or should we simply say Sue and Craig.

Sue and Craig personally came to The New Direction and got a firsthand experience at what we are and the work that we do. They clearly saw the vision that we had when we opened our doors thirty-three years ago. In a very rapid time frame, a simple, but incredibly attractive, website was born. Fresh crisp ideas with very affordable pricing.

Aside from but certainly not limited to the professionalism, knowledge, creativity and new ideas, a new Internet presence was created. What began as a working relationship has certainly grown to a working friendship. To anyone looking for a new website designer, manager, and host you need to look no further.
With Much Gratitude For Sue/Craig: Matthew and Margaret Batson, Co-Directors, The New Direction,

We have to say that Sue and Craig did such an incredible job on our website we booked a room in our own Bed and Breakfast. They are both, as far as we feel, the best in their field. Professional, knowledgeable, full of great ideas, and overall great people. It was a great pleasure working with them, and our relationship has become not just one of business, but of friendship as well. If you need a website designed, launched, maintained, or any printing or advertising done they are the ones to choose.

CMS is the best kept Tech secret in Bovina, NY. Our experience with CMS's services has been second to none. They continue to present new ideas, content, and layout options that are customized to our business's message. You won't find a more dedicated marketer than Sue or a better technical mind than Craig.

CMS offers small businesses, organizations, and individuals the highest quality in web design/marketing at the most budget friendly prices. Our web site development journey began a year ago with CMS and our desire was to affordably build a customized website that would be informative to our existing customers and also aid in marketing our business to potential customers.

CMS quickly responded to the challenge and has developed the framework to achieve these two goals. In addition to quickly and efficiently developing our site, the foundation is laid to continue to build and modify our site without costly rework. I am thankful to Sue and Craig for their hard work and on-going desire to see www.kifffuels.com transpire from a thought to a reality.

CMS Internet Solutions is far more than a web-design firm. Over the past year they have become a part of both our business, and our family. We first began working with CMS a year ago, when we had an idea of opening up a bed and breakfast, and knew that we would need a web page. Sue and Craig did far more than design a website, they helped us clarify our business strategy and our business image and incorporated that vision into the website’s design. The vision they captured expressed who we are and what we do far better than we could have articulated on our own. The result was a website that was not only functional but beautiful and effective. Our guests continually comment on how they were drawn to stay with us because of the website. In addition, the professionalism of the website design and the content that was contained in it contributed to our Bed and Breakfast being featured in March 2009 on Good Morning America.

Since then, we have expanded our business to include U-Pick and Wholesale berries, and a full line of preserves and syrups that are sold at New York grocery and gift stores. CMS has been our media design partner for this process as well. They developed our business card design, created our display signage for the grocery stores, and designed the exterior sign for our Bed and Breakfast.

Last, but definitely not least, Sue and Craig worked with us to design 18 different labels for our preserve products and syrups, and labels for our fresh berry packaging. She was exceedingly patient as we worked through this process, and developed a label with a barn wood background that has become our company’s signature look. Once the design was done, she worked with our label manufacturer to insure that the design was executed properly. I am confident that the professionalism of the label design contributed significantly to the Hannaford grocery chain’s interest in expanding our preserves from one store to stores throughout New York.

We cannot say enough good things about CMS Internet Solutions. They should be called CMS Everything Solutions, as they are there for us and with us every step of the way.

On behalf of the Delaware County Associations of Bed and Breakfasts and Country Lodgings we would like to thank CMS Internet Solutions for all their outstanding work and ongoing support with reference to our new website. Not only are they fun to work with, but all our ideas and visions for our website were easily embraced. CMS has also created our brochures and advertisements. We would highly recommend CMS for all website and print projects, and look forward to our continuing relationship.

The enthusiasm that we met when we approached you, at CMS, to set up the web site for our new business, was gratifying.
We at the EE family want to keep our business as local as possible. Having checked out and appreciated the talent in the websites that you had created, we were pleased to find that your business was located close by.
You quickly grasped onto our vision of what we needed. Somehow you were able to keep our site attractive, informative and yet simple enough for even the most computer illiterate to navigate, as well as keeping it affordable.
We have had an amazing response to it. [All good!] Mostly we want to thank you for your continuous support and help long after the site has been up and running. THANK YOU, Mike, Mary Lou, Bob and May

Working with CMS has been a wonderful experience. They helped shape our ideas into a cohesive plan that keeps the flavor of our print version while bringing some pizazz to it as well. Their enthusiasm and excitement over the project matched our own, and they were quick to address our questions and concerns. We made the right choice is selecting CMS to develop and maintain the Andes Gazette website.
